*All Serbians (inc. children) are regarded as 'criminals' down there. However, Kosovers are accusing them for killing 'non-combatants' (children, women) and because of that, Kosovers demanded their human rights. If they generalize all Serbians in 1 category, the action itself will be against the idea of human rights because they are neglecting the difference between fighters and non-combatants.
